Welcome to ANZSOG.
We are a unique multi-jurisdictional organisation, created by governments to provide education, research and advisory services that meet government needs and enhance the quality of public sector leadership and management across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand. We bring together academics and practitioners to create spaces for learning, reflection and sharing. We produce research that enriches debate and provides practical insights, and we support public servants to build capability and develop as leaders. We work to deliver public value in everything we do.
