We are seeking a Senior Advisor, Regulatory Capability to support the engagement and development of regulatory practitioners across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.

Reporting to the Head, National Regulators Community of Practice, you will develop and implement initiatives to support membership growth, improve member services, and address opportunities for custom programs and solutions. Your role will be pivotal in building productive relationships with key partners, gathering market intelligence, and ensuring the successful delivery of regulatory capability programs.

The ideal candidate brings:

• An applicable tertiary qualification with three years’ subsequent experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training

• Experience working in a regulatory agency and/or knowledge of regulation (desirable)

• Experience with managing members in a members based organisation (desirable)

• Strong understanding of how to build sector capability

• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
